1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching

I worked with Craig on the run up to my A-Race. Ironman 70.3 Bolton.

We worked together for the month leading up to the race with Craig providing nutritional coaching becoming more and more specific the closer to the race, ending in an hour by hour nutrition plan for race day.

About Me

The world of cycling isn’t an easy one. It’s a commitment requiring personal sacrifice and a dedication to preparation. After eight years of endurance cycling i have been fortunate enough to experience wonderful challenges that include Majorca 312 full course, Lands End to John O'Groats (9 days), Coast to Coast (1 day), 200 mile route (1 day), London to Paris (4 days), Maratona mountain range Italy (3 days), Multiple challenges around Majorca, Tenerife and Spain.
Over the years I have taken a huge interest in diet & nutrition, the process of food and drink having different effects on the body is an incredible thing. This lead to qualifications of  
Level 5 diploma in Advanced Sports Nutrition, Level 3 diploma in Exercise & Diet.
